Ladies and Gentlemen of the Friday Congregation, glorified by Allah.

Let us always be grateful for the presence of Allah, praise Him with the best praise, for all the abundance of His love for all of us. May Allah inspire us with devotion, the awareness that all His commands are only expressions of His love so that we are happy in this world and the hereafter, and all His prohibitions are safeguards so that we always experience safety. Amen.

Happy Friday congregation attendees.

What does it mean to have a long life, increase in wealth, increase in status before humans, popularity and all the glittering progress of the world if we are not happy in it, when we live with a tight chest, a cloudy heart and everything feels oppressive. So Allah reminds us in surah Tha Ha verse 124:

When dhikr becomes part of our breath, then worship and muamalah will become easy and beautiful, because we are always together with Allah, whose grace fulfills everything. And if His grace has filled everything then there will be nothing that can narrow our hearts which have been filled with God's grace.

Ladies and gentlemen Rahimakumullah.

As we usually feel, happiness is satisfaction and comfort that is more about "roso", the taste itself is more delicious if it is a feeling of the mind, not the taste of the tongue. And the true feeling of inner happiness is that God, the Lord of the small and big universe, resides within us. For example, our togetherness with Allah will keep us away from the narrowness of life, one of the forms of which is sadness, for example in surah At Taubah verse 40:

In this way, the congregation that is blessed by Allah, there is an easy way taught by Allah that by getting into the habit of always being devout, approaching and relating everything in our life to Allah through remembrance of Him, we will broaden all the narrowness of life. May we always feel Allah's presence in everything we feel and face, and hopefully we will become His servants who always remember Him and remember Him. Amen.
