On February 24th, 2026, I decided to write a support ticket to the Admins. I wasn’t asking for help or reporting a game-breaking bug. I was simply a curious player asking two basic questions about Organizations (mostly because the Wiki is currently as helpful as a blank map).
As the developers of the game, I figured these would be easy for the Admin to answer:

I was asking because I was genuinely curious, especially since the region bonus reset was approaching. I’ve looked everywhere, but it seems the only functional button for Organizations is the one to "Rename" it.
Fast forward nearly 5 days, and... silence.
I initially thought, "Maybe the Admin is on vacation or busy with a massive update." But then, I saw it!! a new Admin News was released, and the Admin were even chilling and chatting in the World Chat as if my ticket didn’t exist.


It makes me wonder: What’s going on?
Is my ticket being ignored because I’m not a 5-star Premium User? Does support only respond to the elite? Or is the game’s budget so tight that they can't afford a single customer service staff to answer a simple "how-to" question?
I’m just a regular player looking for a little bit of enlightenment. A simple reply wouldn't hurt, right?

- does the location affect the productivity bonuses of organization company or it's only depends on military unit country?
- how to move organization location?

For these and other reasons, I'm quitting the game. The bots, the awful management of the companies—you have to count them one by one to know how many you have of each class; all we know for sure is that we have 10 Q1 and 10 Q2, hahaha—the game has become like Groundhog Day. It's always the same; it's epically tedious. It even stresses me out just logging in to do 4 or 5 RH every day.
