1) Denmark will leave Oil region to Romania..
2) Denmark wont have any action, provocation etc at battles, also at game chat,Article, PM etc.
3) Same as Denmark; Romania wont have any action, provocation against Denmark at anywhere.
4) IF it will be any insult, action, provocation from any player, firstly that country's CP will solve or block that player...
5) Any new public curse or insult FROM ANY SIDE, aimed at individual players will automatically render the non-combat agreement null and void.
6) Romy will be guarantor for this deal, if any side will break this deal, Romy will pay 500g to the other side... and Turkiye will attack to deal-breaker country, and deal-breaker country promise that wont hit at Turkiye's attack battles!
7) This deal is for honour, safety and peace for both countries. will be valid till next reshuffle ( 1 july 2025)

Romy, don't yell to me "FROM ANY SIDE". Most of our people never said a bad word to OR, still the slander and insults are generalised. He sends private messages if he doesn't like how much damage you have. I don't know what you agreed with our CP, but these are not the terms we presented.
